These terms apply when you use Sand Media (sandmedia.cc and app.sandmedia.cc). By using it, you agree to them.

Sand Media is operated by Sand Studio, a sole proprietorship in India.

The service

Sand Media is a tool for making TikTok slideshows from formats that already worked. You build the slideshow, AI helps only when you click, and you export and post it yourself. Sand Media does not post to TikTok for you.

We also run the TikTok Cohort, a 6-week live bootcamp (see "TikTok Cohort" below).

Some features may be marked as in development or coming soon. We may change or remove features as the product develops.

Your account

• You can sign in with Google or Discord. Keep your login secure and tell us if you think someone else used your account.
• Give accurate information, follow the law and the rules of any platform you use with Sand Media (including TikTok's).
• Only use accounts and content you own or are allowed to manage.
• Don't attack, overload, scrape or try to get unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or close an account to protect the service or its users, stop misuse, or comply with the law. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

• Agency includes 10 seats. Extra seats are $15/mo each, and each extra seat adds 50 credits.
• Credit pack: 50 credits for $12, one-time, valid for 60 days from purchase. Unused credits expire after 60 days.
• What each plan includes (credits, tracked accounts, features) is shown on the pricing page and at checkout.

Billing through Whop

Payments are handled by Whop, under Whop's own terms. Sand Media never sees or stores your full card details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• You can get a full refund within 7 days of any subscription purchase or renewal (monthly or annual). Details are on the Refunds page.
• If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal after we tell you. [REVIEW] Confirm notice period and whether current subscribers keep their price (live site says they do while continuously subscribed).

TikTok Cohort

• The TikTok Cohort is a 6-week bootcamp with 13 live sessions. A new cohort opens every 6 weeks.
• You join the Sand Media Discord, and enrolment opens when a cohort is announced there. There is no waitlist.
• Price, dates and what's included are shown when the cohort is announced. [TBD]
• Session times may change. [REVIEW] What happens if someone misses sessions: recordings, move to the next cohort, or nothing?

Partners and hands-on services

• Partner revenue share: some partners can earn a share of revenue they refer to Sand Media. This is only for approved partners, and only under a separate written agreement with each one. That agreement sets the rate, payment timing and other terms: [TBD]. There is no standard rate and no guaranteed earnings.
• Hands-on services: we also offer done-with-you or done-for-you help. These are separate from your plan. The scope, price, timeline and payment terms are agreed in writing for each client: [TBD].
• If a separate agreement and these terms disagree, the separate agreement wins for that service.

Connected services

Some features let you connect a third-party service, such as RevenueCat on the Founder plan, or sign in with Google or Discord. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect them at any time.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload or create: images, brand assets, text, prompts, drafts and exported slideshows.
• You give us permission to store, process and show that material back to you and to people in your workspace, only to run the features you use.
• Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Don't use images taken from other people's posts without permission.

AI-generated content

• AI suggestions (copy, and images where offered) are a starting point. Check them for accuracy and rights before you post.
• [REVIEW] Who owns AI-generated output? Proposed: "As between you and us, you own the output you generate, to the extent the law allows. Similar output may be generated for other users." Needs a lawyer's check, and a check against our AI providers' terms.
• Don't use AI features to create illegal, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, or content that impersonates real people.

No promised results

We give you tools and teaching. We don't promise views, followers, downloads, sales, income or any other result, from the software or from the Cohort. View counts shown on examples are TikTok's public labels, not income and not a promise.

Copyright

We remove material when we get a valid copyright notice and we close accounts of repeat infringers. See Copyright & DMCA.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sand Media running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Governing law and disputes
