Draft, pending legal review

How refunds work for Sand Media plans, credit packs and the TikTok Cohort. All payments go through Whop.
Subscriptions (Creator, Founder, Agency)
- Plans renew until you cancel. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling doesn't refund a charge that already went through.
- 7-day refund window: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal, for monthly and annual plans. Email support@sandmedia.cc within those 7 days. After 7 days, that charge isn't refundable.
- Charged by mistake? If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or paid but didn't get access, email support@sandmedia.cc with your Whop receipt or membership ID. We'll fix it or refund that charge.
Annual plans
- Annual plans are billed once a year: Creator $179, Founder $389, Agency $1,990.
- The 7-day refund window applies to each annual purchase and renewal. [REVIEW] After 7 days, do we give partial refunds? Proposed: no, and access continues to the end of the year.
Agency extra seats
- Extra seats are $15/mo each and are billed with your Agency plan. Removing a seat stops it from the next billing period. [REVIEW] Confirm how Whop handles mid-period seat removal.
Credit packs
- [CREDIT PACK TERMS PENDING CONFIRMATION]
- Credits that are unused or expired can't be refunded, unless the law requires it.
- If a pack was charged but the credits never showed up, email us and we'll add them or refund it.
TikTok Cohort
- [REVIEW] Cohort refund rule is undecided. Options: full refund before the first live session; partial refund up to session [TBD]; or move to the next cohort instead of a refund.
How to ask
Email support@sandmedia.cc with:
- the email on your account
- your Whop receipt or membership ID
- what went wrong
We reply within [TBD] business days. Approved refunds go back through Whop to your original payment method. How long that takes depends on Whop and your bank.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
